 Hello,


We are locking in all orders in a few hours (10pm PST tonight). 


This means that orders cannot be adjusted after this time. If you want to order any extra copies for holiday gifts, now is the time!  


If you have not completed your BackerKit survey (100+ people), please do so MEOW. The survey is outside of Kickstarter, and it collects your mailing address + CC to charge for shipping (Oct 21).  We need this in order to get your game to you. 


If you filled in your address + CC for the original pledge, this is not the same thing. We need every backer to complete the survey. If you are meeting with Derek or Darylle locally for a Vancouver pick-up, no need to complete the survey.

We have a 5 day delay in our inspection due to a delay with UPS sending our sample to the inspection company. We still expect you to get your games around mid November.  Shipping directly from China fulfillment warehouse saves us lots of time.

🤩 PRODUCTION COMPLETE + LAST CALL 🚨

This moment is surreal! We are no longer 'making' a game... we MADE a game! 


Our supplier sent us these photos from the production run, which is now FINISHED.  

From the looks of it, things turned out pretty darn awesome. And the colours on the packaging of Shots Fired & Game-Breaker are just as we hoped.  Bright and vibrant!

These are samples from the full print run and we'll be receiving them in the mail within a couple of days. We'll send you more updates with video and photo up close once it arrives. 

We'll have an inspection later this week, and if all clears (fingers crossed), the products will be shipped to fulfillment warehouses. From that point, your games will be shipped to you! 


Important to Note:

BackerKit closes in 2 days ~~~ please make sure to complete your survey. 


If you want to do a local pick-up, send us an email and do not put your mailing address in the survey (otherwise it will automatically calculate shipping based on your address). 


Credit cards will be charged on Oct 21 for shipping + any extra add ons you've selected.

Everyone now has access from tonight until October 20th. Please lock in your orders and mailing address by then =)

🚨IT'S TIME! 💨 IMPORTANT

The Backerkit survey has been sent out to 5% of you amazing people. This is a test to ensure there are no errors in the Pledge Manager. After 2-3 days when we know that everything is smooth and clear, everybody else will receive the survey and access to the Pledge Manager. 


I want to apologize for missing the dates we originally said the survey would go out. We had several hiccups trying to determine who would ship your games. We are cutting it  close to holidays, and we needed to shift gears and find a fulfillment centre located in China instead of the USA. After vetting a few different companies, we locked one in and are ready to go. Originally, we were going to put the games on a boat (30-55 days), send it to a California warehouse (1-2 more weeks), and fulfill from there (1-2 weeks). BUT, with all the delays in freight ships right and getting so close to December, we opted for a plan B ~ fulfill directly from China with a 2 week shipping time frame. 


GOOD NEWS:

  • As a big thank you for supporting our game, we decided to offer EVERYBODY that backed our Kickstarter a FREE copy of Game-Breaker. This will come with every copy of the Classic game that you buy. 
  • We've decided to eat a bit more of the shipping cost for you. After the cost of shipping 1 game, we are covering 40% of shipping cost for all further games that you order. 

SUPER DUPER IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The pledge manager will ONLY be open until OCTOBER 20.
  • Cards will be charged on OCTOBER 21.
  • Make sure to put a valid mailing address in your survey. We are extremely close to the shipping date, so whatever you put in the survey needs to be a sealed deal. 
  • Our pledge manager add-ons are simple:

(1) Add a Classic game which comes with Game-Breaker expansion ($5 USD  savings) *kickstarter backers only

(2) Add a NSFW game which comes with Shots Fired expansion ($13 USD savings) *kickstarter backers only

Anyone buying our games after Kickstarter will have to buy the expansion packs separately. 

Production

The game is almost finished production phase. There's 3-5 day delay because of power outages in the warehouse area, but overall, we are on schedule. We will keep you updated on progress.

Survey, Pledge Manager + Add Ons

Hola! 


Our BackerKit survey will go out between Sept 20-23. Please keep an eye out for it. We will send the survey to a randomized 3-5% of backers first to ensure there are no hiccups in the process. After 1-3 days to confirm no issues, we will release the survey to all remaining backers. 


Our Pledge Manager will remain open until October 17 at 6:00pm PST.  After this, orders cannot be added or changed. We will charge cards for the orders on October 18 at 9:00am PST.


* A kind reminder that VAT & shipping was not charged in your original pledge & will be added on in the pledge manager.

Our games are in production already WOOH ~~ PARTY!!  


On October 15, we will have an inspection take place at the production facility in China. Then on October 21, granted the inspection passes, we will ship the games to a third party fulfillment centre who will ship games directly to you! 


We will keep you updated on the fulfillment timeline, as well as any information and photos we receive in production. 


Keep your eyes open in your email (including junk and spam folders) between Sept 20-23 for the BackerKit pledge manager / survey.
